Strafco hand tools are warranted for lifetime as the tools are to be free of defects in materials or workmanship.

Defects in material or workmanship can be claimed at the place of purchase or at a Strafco distributor and it will be replaced or repaired for free of charge, but if the condition of those tools was in misuse, abused, modified, normal worn out from use, or over torque application, are not covered by this Warranty.

Strafco Torque Wrenches and parts are warranted for one year, and calibration is warranted for 90 days from the purchase date.

Strafco Torque Wrenches claim warranty can be claimed at Strafco torque wrench service center or at appointed authorized repair center and any delivery cost or taxes incurred ( if any ) is covered by the customer.

Torque products are precision tools and sensitive that must be handled carefully, it must be yearly routinely re-calibrated or more, depending on how frequent you use it or how to be maintenance.Carrying cases, pouches, bits, parts or others consumable items, are not covered by this Warranty.
